Frequently asked questions?

Q: What can I expect?

A: Expectations will vary depending on where your current fitness level is at. No program is the same for two people. Expect to be challenged and excited about working with me. My program does not revolve around sending you home each day in pain and dreading a return visit. Proper fitness can be achieved without hoisting massive weights and grunting for 3 hours a day.

Q: Why train with you?

A: I live an active lifestyle and personal experience with injuries have forced me to start at ground zero more than once, I can relate to where you are at currently and where you want to be.

Q: What can you do for me?

A: The overall goal is to help you achieve a lifestyle that allows you to do what you want. My goal is to give you the information and teach you techniques that will allow you to continue achieving your goals. I want you to be able to assess your own program and adapt over time, so you are always challenging yourself.

Q: Will I get thinner?

A: If losing weight is your goal, then we will design a fitness program that will aid you in achieving that goal. Along with recommendations for healthy eating habits, fitness program can help you lose weight.

Q: How are you different from everyone else?

A: Every trainer is different and has a particular style of training. My thought process is that working out shouldn’t be such a chore, finding different ways to train that will fit your lifestyle is my main objective. I want you to enjoy yourself when you workout.

Q: How much?

A: With an (al- cart) style program available, we can find a program that fits both your budget and time frame. See the pricing page or call me and we can discuss personlized options.

Q: How long have you been doing this?

A: I have been training people for the last 15 years, it has never been my full time pursuit until this year. Recent changes in my own life have changed my outlook on what I do for a living. Helping people be fit and achieve goals is more rewarding than any other job I have had.
