I’ve been training with Jason for several months now and I couldn’t be happier with my results and the progress I’m making toward my goals. I’ve lost about 30 pounds in that time but what I’m most impressed with is my increased strength, fitness, stamina, and agility. Along with the classic strength training exercises and methodologies, Jason adds innovative and creative movements and routines that focus on balance, core, cardio and flexibility. In working out with Jason I have learned that fitness can be fun. I look forward to new and challenging exercises constantly being added to my gym routine to keep it fresh and get a complete balanced workout. As an avid participant in several sports activities, I have incurred a few injuries over the years. My doctors have explained I need to build muscle around those injured joints to help stabilize them, but the regular exercises caused so much pain that I couldn’t do them. Jason has helped me find alternative exercises to build strength in those areas without pain. He also incorporates core strength and balance into each workout, the increase in my balance has been noticeable through improvements in my sports performance. And best of all Jason has helped me learn how to integrate fun activities such as kayaking and indoor rock climbing into my fitness routine where I can enjoy hanging out with my friends while getting my exercise. Jason has an approach that keeps me wanting to come back for more.
