Located in Sacramento, Ca. Active Body Training has a realistic, fun, and new approach to fitness. I will help you find a path, stay motivated, and reach your goals. Learn to stay motivated:
Motivation is the hardest part of any program. Goal setting and achieving those goals, is the foundation to staying motivated.

Know how to mix up your workout:
Most basic exercise programs work, to a point. Learn how to mix up your workout and  keep it fresh with more options.

Get results you can see and feel:
Adapting a program that will focus on your weaknesses and give you overall body balance will make you look and feel better.

Optional workouts:
Not every workout needs to be done with weights. I will teach you optional ways to workout and enjoy time with family and friends. You will also be invited to take part in optional workouts that include Kayaking, Rock Climbing, and more. Learn to use your body in new ways and have fun too!
