I started coaching in 2014 at Snap Fitness. Learned a lot about what works in fitness and what doesn’t. The most valuable lessons I have learned are how to stay injury free and train hard with sustainability as a focus point.
I had a job that I fell into and didn’t like for 5 years. Eventually decided to take a year off to get my personal training certification even though I thought I wasn’t a “people person”. Learned quickly and developed a passion for helping people.
My favorite part about coaching people is helping them realize their love for training. It’s cool to see it become a large part of their life, with all the positive changes that come with it. Seeing people get stronger than they thought possible is very fun too.
